TEXAS TDLR LICENSED

All services are performed in a Texas-licensed nail salon and by a Texas-licensed manicurist.

The only services that are offered and provided are the ones that are within the scope of those licenses as set forth by TDLR.

HOW WE OPERATE
We book appointments 2-3 days in advance and do not accept walk-ins.

We will call to confirm your appointment date, time, services, removals, and nail art prior to your appointment.

We begin each appointment with a 10 minute nail consultation.

We DO NOT RUSH through our appointments or service steps, so we can give you the BEST experience possible.

HAUS GUEST RULES
We do not allow our Haus Guests to bring extra people, children, pets (excluding service animals).
There are pets on the premises of Tami’s Nail Haus (cat). They will be stored away during appointments.

We do not allow Smoking, Drugs, Weapons, Excessive Alcoholic Drinking at Tami's Nail Haus.

FREE UP CLOSE & COVERED PARKING
Tami’s Nail Haus, Tami Nutall, or the property landlord, is not responsible for vehicle damages, loss, or towing expenses. To avoid towing, you must park in designated spaces. Please do not park in any NO PARKING or RESERVED parking spaces/carports other than those designated by TNH. Doing so well put you at risk for towing.

All other forms of payments, including cash and checks will not be accepted.
We do not keep cash on premises.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, do-overs, and/or chargebacks.

PUNCTUALITY
We will happily move your appointment to another day if you need to cancel/reschedule.

We will not accept future bookings from you if/when you no-show your first appointment.

We open our salon door on time and start your appointment on time.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

WE DO NOT DISCRIMINATE
Tami’s Nail Haus does not discriminate on the basis of race, age, color, national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion or otherwise as may be prohibited by federal and state law.

However, Tami’s Nail Haus does service only female Haus Guests at this time due to safety precautions.
This policy is subject to change in the future.

HEALTH | ALLERGIES | REACTIONS
TNH will ask you for basic information about your health history as it pertains to receiving nail services (i.e, diabetes, current pregnancy, skin conditions, etc) to allow us to safeguard both of us against any possible health complications, as well as arm us with any necessary information in case of emergency (such as seizures).
It is your responsibility to inform TNH if you are allergic to any chemicals, products, or substances before receiving any service.
The TNH technician does wear a mask during services in order to shield against any dust, fumes, or communicable conditions. Haus Guests are welcome to wear one as well, but it is not required.
